"Clearly, having medical records available at the touch of a button rather than pulling (or worse, finding) a chart is more efficient. Now I oftentimes help patients immediately during their phone calls, rather than having to call them back. The Interoperability Dashboard provides quick and easy access to patient information, meds prescribed, treatment dates, etc. Tracking test orders, which had always been spotty, is accomplished more easily with SRS, as is follow-up with our patients after their tests are done.
